Georgia Department of Transportation Project #M-70S0 (1), Richmond County is the extension of Murray Road from a point just east of the Richmond-Columbia County line to a point near the intersection of Broad and 1Sth streets (Figure 1). This is a distance of approximately seven miles and a right-of-way of 170 to 200 feet will be required. In addition, intersections will be at 1-20, Fury's Ferry Road and Alexander Drive and a connector will be made to Broad Street via Eve and Crawford Streets.
