The existing bridge is a 39.62 m X 7.25 m (130 ft . X 23.8 ft.) concrete, timber, and steel structure. The existing R/W is 30.48 m (100ft.). This project begins approximately 609.60 m (2000 ft.) southwest of Big Indian Creek and ends approximately 213.36 m (700 ft.) northeast of Big Indian Creek. The existing 4 degree horizontal curve will be flattened to 2 degree curve requiring a slight new alignment. The vertical alignment will also be corrected during construction. The proposed replacement structure is a triple barrel 3.048 m X 3.048 m X 22.860 m (10 ft. X 10 ft. X 75 ft.) reinforced concrete bridge culvert. There will be 1.19 ha (2.95 acres) of additional R/W required for realignment of the existing roadway and construction of the culvert.
