Archeological Assessment of an Upson/Monroe County Resurfacing Project. This project consists of the resurfacing, milling, leveling, patching and shoulder building of SR 74 beginning at M.P. 15.94 in

Upson County and ending at SR 341 in Monroe County. All work will take place within the existing right-of-way with no new right-of-way required.
