The purpose of this project is for bridge maintenance activities on Structure # 089-0016-0, State Route (SR) 12/Covington Highway over Snapfinger Creek in DeKalb County, Georgia. The project proposes installing sway bracing, correcting erosion at the end bents, paint the piles and sway bracing, encase the piles, co-polymer overlay the bridge deck, and replace the deck joints. New rip-rap is proposed to correct the erosion issues at the end bents. Existing Right-of Way (ROW) is approximately 100 feet. All work will be completed within exiting ROW.
