This project consists of replacing two existing bridges over Holley and Rock Creeks on an unnamed County Road in Murray County. New approaches will also be constructed. In addition, a portion of Rock Creek will be rechanneled to parallel and flow over the existing road. All construction will be accomplished on new alignment. A pedestrian survey of all new alignment was conducted and indicated little potential for significant archaeological sites, as the project involves a low-lying area which appeared to be very susceptible to flooding. No cultural remains were located.
