Abstract

In compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 and amendments thereto, project BRZLB-213(9), Murray Co., has been surveyed with respect to archaeological resources, especially those on or eligible for inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP). The purpose of the survey was to locate, identify and evaluate the significance of any archaeological resources within the project corridor. This project proposes to replace the bridge over Sugar Creek on Co. Rd. 4. The new facility CL and approaches will be constructed just east of the existing facility and will require 50 feet of additional right-of-way east of the new CL. The length of the project is 1150 feet.
