Abstract

Archaeological Assessment of Project CM-7713-00(660), Fulton County, alternative fuel infrastructure additions at various locations in Fulton County, including nine MARTA Transit Stations, and the Fulton County Airport. The proposed project would consist of the installation of alternative fuel infrastructure at various locations in Fulton County. The alternative fuel infrastructure at MARTA station would include the installation of 45 electric vehicle chargers at nine MARTA transit stations. Five chargers each would be located at the College Park, Dunwoody, Doraville, Hightower, Indian Creek, Kensington, Lakewood-Ft. McPherson, Lindbergh, and West End MARTA stations. The Fulton County Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) Station would be located at the same site at the old fueling station inside the Fulton County Airport.

The Buchhead alternative fuel infrastructure would be located either at the Lindbergh MARTA Station parking lot or the Mason Street rail facility, under I-85. The U-Haul Facility alternative fueling station would be located at six propane fueling stations at the following locations: 01150 Dogwood Drive, Conyers; 5365 Jimmy Carter Boulevard, Norcross; 2085 Cobb Park way, Kennesaw; 7308 Tara Boulevard, Jonesboro; 2951 Northeast Expressway; Chamblee and 4375 Fulton Industrial Boulevard, Atlanta.
