This project consists of the resurfacing, milling, leveling, patching, and shoulder building of ST 41 beginning at MP 16.29 in Meriwether County and ending at MP .08 in Coweta County. All work will take place within the existing right-of-way with no new right-of-way required.
Pursuant to the February 2000 Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), the State Historic Preservation Office of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources (SHPO), and the Georgia Department of Transportation, this project is considered an undertaking as defined in 36 CFR 800.16 (y), however, it has been determined there is no potential to affect historic properties included in or considered eligible for inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places.
