All work will take place within the existing right-of-way with no new right-of-way required. Total project length is approximately 9.21 miles. The proposed project involved various maintenance activities on SR 1 from the Clay County Line to approximately just south of SR1's intersection with SR 1 BU (MP 9.2-Randolph.) The project involves resurfacing, 2 foot shoulder paving, and 4 foot shoulder building.
