Archaeological Assessment of Project STP-M002-00(1 l 2), Hall County, bridge deck, edge beam and end wall reconstruction on the US 129/SR 11 bridge over the Chattahoochee River (Lake Lanier) and the US 129/SR 11 bridge over the East Fork, Little River. The project will consist of removing the existing concrete bridge decks and reconstructing the decks, edge beams, and end walls. Prefabricated deck panels will be used. The concept is to remove portions of the deck and replace with pre-fab sections. There will be no construction within the limits of the waterways. All work will be confined to the deck and edge beams. No work will be performed in the water or on the ground; therefore, the work will take place within existing right-of-way. There are two bridges included in this project:
1. US 129/SR 11 over Chattahoochee River (Lake Lanier) in Hall Co. (Structure ID: 139-0005-0)
2. US 129/SR 11 over East Fork Little River in Hall Co. (Structure ID: 139-0006-0)
