Archaeological Assessment of a DeKalb County Resurfacing Project: The proposed project would include resurfacing, milling, and striping on SR 13 in DeKalb County. The proposed project would begin on SR 13 at the DeKalb/Fulton County line then continue northeasterly to an end point at the DeKalb/Gwinnett County line (generally from MP 0.00 to MP 8.28). All project construction will be restricted to within the existing right-of-way. The proposed project consists of various maintenance activities on SR 13 from the Fulton County Line to the Gwinnett County Line. The type of work consists of milling, resurfacing, and striping. All work will be completed within the existing ROW.
