Abstract

Project PROLP-28(019) is located in Berrien County and consists of 3.35 miles of grading, drainage, and base and surfacing on County Road 28. This project is located in the 8th Congressional District. The existing road is an unimproved road with inadequate drainage. This project will replace the inadequate County Road 28 from County Road 55 to State Road 129.
