The proposed work consists of milling, patching. resurfacing, striping, as well as the installation of raised pavement markers and curb cuts for Americans with Disabilities Act-compliant sidewalk ramps along a 5.252-mile section of State Route (SR) 280/S. Cobb Drive in Cobb County. Georgia from SR 5/ Austell Road to the Interstate (1-)75 northbound off ramp (Figure I). The project will take place within existing right-of-way (ROW), which varies throughout. The limits of construction will be 5 feet from the existing edge of pavement. Only restriping will occur on bridges with concrete decks.
