Abstract

Project 1-85-1(52)00, Harris; C.C.N. 77- 07- 25-28 involves the construction of a rest stop and tourist information center on a parcel of land south of the eastbound lane of 1-85 just east of the Alabama-Georgia State line. The parcel covers 16 acres and is approximately 1,500 feet east to west in length and 720 feet north to south from edge of the pavement in depth.
