The proposed project consists of easements associated with intersection improvements at SR 5/Church Street and Tower Road, from just west of Roselane Street to SR 5/Church Street. Additional lanes would be provided as needed on Tower Road and Church Street. A new location connector road would be constructed between White Street and Campbell Hill Street. The Plaza Way access road would be reconstructed to form a four-way intersection with Tower Road and Hospital Entrance Drive. Based on the nature of the undertaking and the existing conditions within the project area, the Area of Potential Effect for archeological resources was determined to have the same dimensions as the project area. Existing and proposed additional rights-of-way are listed as follows: Tower Road: approximately 60 feet, approximate additional 15 feet, total approximately 75 feet. SR 5/Church Street: approximately 90 feet, additional 5 feet, total approximately 95 feet. Cherokee Street: approximately 100 feet, additional 10 feet, total approximately 110 feet. New location connector road: approximately 50 feet of right-of-way. Plaza Way: approximately 80 feet of right-of-way. Variable width easements will also be required for driveways, construction/maintenance of slopes, and a detour at North Avenue; these will range from 10 feet to 110 feet long.
