The proposed project is an emergency repair that will take place along a 300 foot section of State Route (SR) 54 in Fayette County, Georgia (Figure 1). Recently, there has been a pipe failure under the roadway with a sink hole in the median. The proposed work consists of replacing the pipe and culvert and filling additional voids under the roadway. Existing Right-of Way (ROW) is approximately 160 feet. This project is state funded.
