The project proposes to install high mast lighting from Mile Post (MP) 77.4 Just west of the Sigman Road interchange) to MP 78.4 (just east of the Sigman Road interchange); and, from Mile Post (MP) 83.4 (just west of the Salem Road interchange) to MP 84. 6 just east of the Salem Road interchange). The work will include installation of high mast towers and underground conduit along both outsides of the 1-20 mainline and interchange ramps, mounted between 20-50 feet from the edge of pavement. No additional ROW or roadway changes are expected from the current conditions. No temporary or permanent easements are expected.
