Abstract

To add P.E. to the Construction Work Program as approved by the Commissioner per letter of September 6, 1989 from the Director of Preconstruction. P.E. is for the design of hydraulics and bridge structures at Pipe makers Canal and Hardin Canal. Chatham County is to fund all remaining engineering, rights-of-way, utilities and construction.
