Archeological Assessment of a Dougherty County Lighting Project. This project proposes to install 9,400-watt Type 5 high pressure sodium luminaries and 19, 400-watt cobra head Type 3 luminaries at various locations on the ramps and in the median at the intersection of Nottingham Way and US 82/SR 520/Liberty Expressway, in the City of Albany, Dougherty County. All work will take place within the existing right-of-way, no new right-of-way is required.
