Cardno, Inc. (Cardno) has completed archaeological and historic resources survey in advance of proposed improvements to an existing Atlanta Gaslight Company (AGLC) installation. The project area is in two sections and located in northeastern Appling County, southeastern Toombs County, and southwestern Tattnall County (Figure 1). Segment 4 is 9,201 meters (m) long and is entirely within southwestern Tattnall County, whereas Segment 5 is 3,581 m in length and extends from northern Appling County, across the extreme southeastern corner of Toombs County, and into southwestern Tattnall County. Segments 1, 2, 3, and associated access roads were the subject of a previous survey report (Lewis and Jones 2017).
