The proposed project consists of the transfer of surplus property in Forsyth County owned by The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT). The surplus property will be placed on the market by GDOT’s Right-of-Way Office. The parcel (065 033) is located between McFarland Parkway and Shiloh Road, east of Big Creek and State Route (SR) 400. The property contains approximately 117.7 acres. The survey was conducted in compliance with the Georgia Environmental Policy Act (GEPA).
