The proposed project site would include an approximate 100-foot by 100-foot (30-meter by 30- meter) lease area. The proposed facility would consist of a proposed 315-foot tall (325-foot overall height with appurtenances) guyed-type telecommunications structure and associated ground-level support equipment. The facility would be accessible by a proposed approximate 855-foot long by 30-foot wide (261-meter by 9-meter) access/utility easement. The project area would also include three proposed guy-wire easements measuring between approximately 194 feet and 202 feet long by 30-foot wide (between 59 meters and 62 meters by 9-meter). The address listed in this report and throughout the attachments is the best approximation of this project’s address at the time environmental services were ordered. It should be noted that the address may change once the E-911 address is established by the local municipality. Despite any change in address, the site has not changed position and the correct site location was reviewed in this report.
