Abstract

A proposed route for a nature trail at Crooked River State Park in Camden County, Georgia, was archaeologically surveyed in October 1978. For the entirety of the route no areas of archaeological significance were identified along a one meter wide corridor. Preparation, maintenance, and usage of the route proposed by the regional naturalist will have no apparent effect on archaeological resources.
