Abstract

New South Associates conducted a Phase I archaeological survey of the proposed Forest Hill Road widening, Bibb County, Georgia on March 19 and 20, 1998. The survey of the approximately 2.5 mile corridor consisted of widening of existing alignment. No previously recorded archaeological sites are recorded within the confines of the project corridor and no new archaeological sites were discovered during the course of the survey. No further study of the Forest Hill Road widening project corridor is recommended.
