Abstract

At the request of Ms. Bonnie Copeland of the DeKalb County Recreation, Parks, and Cultural Affairs office, I conducted an archaeological assessment of approximately 22 acres of land at the corner of Panthersville Road and Oak Vale Road, DeKalb County, Georgia. An intensive survey of the non-alluviated portions of this property did not disclose the presence of any archaeological resources. A less intensive inspection of the alluviated areas also did not disclose the presence of any archaeological resources.
