New South Associates conducted a Phase I Archaeological Survey of the proposed widening and realignment of Log Cabin Drive in Macon, Bibb County, Georgia. The survey of the approximately 1.57 mile corridor was conducted on March 24, 1999. No previously recorded archaeological sites were recorded within the confines of the project corridor and no new sites were located. No further study of the Log Cabin Drive project corridor is recommended.
