Abstract

A cultural resources survey of the bridge crossing of Lost Creek on SR 93 in Mitchell County, Georgia, was conducted by New South Associates February 28, and March 1, 2001. A 1,000 foot approach with a 200 foot wide right-of-way was studied on either side of the bridge. No archaeological sites were found at the Lost Creek crossing. As no historic resources were found, no further cultural resources study of the crossing is recommended.
