Abstract

A cultural resources survey of the bridge crossing of Suwanoochee Creek on SR 94 in Echols County, Georgia, was conducted by New South Associates June 20, 2001. An area including a 1,200 foot approach on the east side of the bridge and a 1,300 foot approach on the west with a 400 foot wide right-of-way was studied. No archaeological sites were found at the Suwanoochee crossing.
