Abstract

A cultural resource survey was conducted along a proposed extension of the Wildcat Creek Road (FS 329) in the Skeenah Creek Valley near Friendship Church in Eastern Fannin County, Georgia. This road is in compartment 622 of the Toccoa Ranger District, Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forests. The field survey was conducted on January 15, 1980, by the author, assisted by YACC enrollee, David Cantrell. The road center line had been surveyed and staked by Johnny Cullars, Civil Engineering Aid, some weeks before. Figures 1 and 2 locate survey area.
