New South Associates conducted a Phase I archaeological survey of the proposed SRI 5/ Curry Creek Bridge corridor in the city of Jefferson in Jackson County Georgia. The study corridor encompasses a total of 0.6 miles of which 0.1 miles requires new alignment and the remainder is located within existing right-of-way. The survey did not locate any archaeological sites. No further archaeological study of the corridor as a whole is recommended.
