Abstract

In April 1980, an archaeological survey was conducted of an area proposed for a wastewater treatment facility in Midville, Burke County, Georgia. The purpose was to recover sufficient information for determining National Register eligibility of a previously identified site. A program of surface and subsurface survey was implemented. No pertinent stratigraphy or features were identified. The site was not recommended for a determination of eligibility.
