Abstract

This project proposes to upgrade all traffic signal equipment (signal heads, controllers, ped heads, ramps, loops, etc.) and communication equipment at 4 intersections along SR 138 from Miller's Chapel/Parker Road to SR 212. All work will take place within the existing right-of-way, no new right-of-way will be required. Total project length is 3.84 miles.
