Abstract

The right-of-way has been expanded to include areas previously identified as easement. In addition, these areas on the east side of the road have been expanded 10-20 feet. As in the originally approved plans, there is a sediment basin shown on the north side of SR 18/US 27 at Station 110+00. The easement for the sediment basin is the same size as previously depicted, 160 feet long and 70 feet wide.
