On September 25, 2004, staff from Edwards-Pitman Environmental, Inc. (EPEI) revisited the location of a proposed bridge replacement project in Candler County, Georgia. The bridge is located on State Route 46 (SR 46) and crosses Fifteen mile Creek. The purpose of this revisit was to assess the effects of changes to the original project design on archaeological resources (9CZ9 and 9CZ10) and two cemeteries (Lake and Stripling) identified and/or examined during the Phase I survey (Patton 2003). This addendum describes the results of the revisit and offers recommendations regarding the impact of the redesign on previously identified resources.
