The proposed project would consist of the replacement of the existing Flake's Mill Road Bridge over the South River in DeKalb County approximately 1.25 miles south of the intersection of Flakes Mill Road and Flat Shoals Parkway. The proposed replacement bridge would be constructed on new alignment with traffic maintained during construction on the existing bridge. The project would begin approximately 1,100 feet north of South River and end approximately 1,800 feet south of South River. The total length of the proposed project would be approximately 0.55 mile. Existing right-of-way is 100 feet. Proposed right-of-way would be 100-150 feet. There were negative findings.
