The proposed project would improve the T-intersection of Stewarts Mill Road and Reynolds Road in Douglas County. This section of Stewarts Mill Road is a two lane rural roadway. The existing lane widths vary from 10 to 12 feet and the proposed lane widths would be 12 feet with 10-foot shoulders (two feet paved and eight feet grassed). The existing right-of-way ranges from 60 to 100 feet and the proposed right-of-way would range from 100-150 feet with 20 feet of temporary easement. Reynolds Road is a two lane roadway.
