This proposed project was originally surveyed with concurrence received in November 1999. The original project remains the same except for the following: segments of the northern and southern ends of the northeast Monticello Bypass (from SR 16 to SR 83) have been shifted east from their original alignment; the project length has been increased by 0.26 of a mile; and new right-of-way is required varying in width from approximately 25' to 250' for a length of 2.5 miles. No existing or eligible National Register resources were located within the project's area of potential environmental effect.
