This proposed project consists of two parts. The Athens Park and Ride project consists of the design and construction of a park and ride facility within the existing right-of-way of the interchange at College Station Road and SR 10 Loop. The Athens Rail to Trail project consists of paving a 1,320' section of the abandoned Georgia Railroad corridor for use as a multiuse paved recreational path. No existing or eligible National Register resources were located within the project's area of potential environmental effect.
