To provide traffic signal plans for the upgrade of ten existing traffic signal installations: seven traffic signals in the City of Kingsland and three traffic signals in the City of St. Marys, Camden County. The work will include installing new and replacement signalization equipment, modifying curbs to enhance pedestrian access and modifying (by adding or removing) signing and pavement markings. In addition, Intersections 1 and 2 will be interconnected and Intersections 6 through 10 will be interconnected.
