The project proposal calls for the replacement of the Green Top Road bridge over the CSX Railroad. Due to the sharp crest of the current bridge, they are planning to lower the bridge and replace the steel Warren truss. The project has a total length of 2,060.5 feet (628.04 meters).The replacement project is limited to the ROW on either side of Green Top Road, extending 984.25 feet (300 meters) to the east and to the west, and 30 feet (9.14 meters) north and south of the road. The project has a total length of 2,060.5 feet (628.04 meters), and width of 80 feet (24.38 meters). There were no previously recorded sites found within a one mile radius.
