Abstract

Original: The project consists of reconstructing the existing signalization at six intersection locations in Bryan and Chatham counties (list attached). Signs, poles, signal spans, signal heads, controller cabinets, and pedestrian features would be included. Addendum: right-of-way is now required at two intersections: Intersection 1 (US 17/Ocean Highway/SR 25 @ Chatham Parkway): NW quadrant=1759.9483 square feet; none for the other quadrants. Intersection 5 (SR 307/Dean Forest Rd. @ Davidson Drive): NW quadrant=241 1.7517 square feet: NE quadrant=6131.8471 square feet; SW quadrant 4922.1296 square feet; and SE quadrant=1385.0202 square feet. Area of Potential Effect: The APE for the project includes everything within the proposed construction project length and within the maximum extent of the existing and required right-of-way as described above.
