Abstract

Addendum to the Archeological Survey of the Proposed Bridge Replacement at CR 1385 over a Tributary of Morning Creek, Fulton County, Georgia; County(ies): Fulton; USGS Quadrangle(s):Fairburn; Project Description: Original: The current bridge would be replaced by a wider, two-laned bridge in the same location while traffic is maintained on an off-site detour. The project length would be 243.8 meters (800 ft). New ROW would be required on both sides of the highway, typically for a width of 15.2 m (50 ft). For the first 64.3 m (211 ft) of project, only 9.1 m (30 ft) of new ROW would be required on the lefthand (west) side of the highway. A 3.6-m (12- foot) strip of temporary easement would be required for removal and replacement of fences in the northwestern and southeastern quadrants. The APE for this project is the union of all existing ROW, newly required ROW, and temporary easement within the project's total length. Please see attached sheet for revised project description.
