The proposed project would construct sidewalks the along the west side of Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road from Satellite Boulevard to Old Peachtree Road. The project would also construct pedestrian facilities along both sides of the roadway. The project would also include landscaping along both sides of the roadway. Some of the construction will be taking place within the 1-85 right-of-way. Therefore, a special encroachment permit would be required. The proposed project would require approximately 2.04 acres of right-of-way along Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road.
