Pinnacle Towers proposes to replace an existing approximately 400-foot guy wire tower with a 403-foot guy wire tower at 2281 US Highway 41 South in Cordele, Crisp County, Georgia. Areas surrounding the tower are primarily residential and the City of Cordele is located approximately one mile to the north. Several potential historic properties are located within the Area of Potential Effect. This report serves to provide information for a Section 106 Review to determine the potential for effects to area historic resources from this project. Due to area tree cover and existing structures in the area, it is unlikely that the proposed tower will impact properties listed on or eligible for listing on the National Register of Historic Places.
