Abstract

The APE for the current project is two park-and-ride lots, pedestrian bridges, and access lanes adjacent to Lexington Road/US 78. The APE was situated in a developed, urban area. The southern project area is in an access loop for the SR 10 Loop around Athens, and contained a GDOT wildflower program. The northern project area is a commercial area, containing three businesses.
