Abstract

This project consists of three components: 1) replacing an old fence around the Cedarwood Cemetery, a predominantly nineteenth century cemetery in the heart of the town of Richland, 2) installing historic-style street lights along Park Drive, and 3) landscape enhancement of City's welcome sign on SR 520 on north side of town.
