Abstract

The project consisted of a Phase 1 survey to reevaluate the SR 81 and Keys Ferry Road intersection. Construction plans to build a new turn lane on the east bound side of SR 81 required additional right-of-way acreage. The supplemental survey focused only on the new right-of-way. The APE for the reevaluation included 0.23 acres of additional right-of-way including a corridor of approximately 129 meters (475 feet) of land, west of the intersection of SR 81 and Keys Ferry Road. The addition required an extra 6 meters (20 feet) of width added to the existing 30 meters (100 feet) of right-of-way.
