During the period of February 11 through March 5, 2002, R.S. Webb & Associates (RSWA) conducted background research for and a delineation of the Patrick Cemetery. The cemetery is located south of State Route (SR) 16 in Spalding County, Georgia. The project was conducted as mitigation for the placement of the Wallace telecommunications tower site near the Patrick Cemetery. The project was conducted per RSWA's consultation with the Georgia State Historic Preservation Division.
