TRC Garrow Associates, Inc. (TRC) conducted a Phase I cultural resource survey for the proposed St. Marys Scrubby Bluff Force Main Project in August 2001. The purpose of the survey was to determine if archaeological resources or standing structures that are potentially eligible for listing on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) were present that would be affected by project construction as it is currently planned. The archaeological survey identified no archaeological resources within the areas of proposed construction. The historic structure survey identified no historic structures in the project Area of Potential Effects (APE). TRC recommends no further cultural resource investigations for the current project.
