Abstract

The proposed project would construct three passing lanes on SR 140 between the Cherokee County line and US 411. Construction for the passing lanes would begin at Mile Post 19.05 and end at Mile Post 21.90. The existing right-of-way is 100 feet and an additional 40 feet of right-of-way would be required. The total project length would be 2.8 miles.
